In which regions are teachers supported?
In this phase, only UK- and EU-based teachers (or those with GBP/EUR bank accounts, including Wise) are supported. Join our newsletter for updates on upcoming global rollouts!Which Funclass plan supports student payments?
Only the Funclass Pro plan for independent teachers currently supports student payment integration.In which currency will I be paid out?
UK teachers are paid in GBP, EU teachers in EUR. Students can pay in their home currency; Stripe converts it before payout.What fees can I expect to pay?
Stripe’s transaction and conversion fees apply (learn more here), plus a fixed 2% Funclass admin fee. Example: a £100 bundle sold to a UK student costs £3.70 in fees.Can I mix payment types (e.g. bundles + subscriptions)?
Yes — you create payments per student, so you can customise the payment type for each one.Is there a minimum or maximum payment amount?
No — you can even set free trials, and charge any lesson/bundle/subscription price you like.Is there a minimum payout value?
No — any amount will be paid to your registered bank account.Can I, or my student, request refunds?
Yes — you may issue your student refunds in line with your own Terms & Conditions. As student payment revenue is not held by Funclass and are paid directly from Stripe to you, neither Funclass nor Stripe would be involved in your refund process; you must arrange to return any refunds via a third party payment gateway. Please note, Stripe and Funclass fees charged prior to payout are non-refundable. Funclass and Stripe take no liability for payment disputes.How long will it take to receive payout funds?
Stripe processes payouts in 3–7 business days, not including weekends, holidays, or your bank’s own delays.Will invoices be issued automatically?
Yes — invoices and receipts are emailed to students automatically, and copies are available in your Funclass dashboard.How do I pay the fees?
Stripe and Funclass fees are deducted before payout. Your bank may also charge transfer or conversion fees separately.Will I have access to my payment history?
Yes — via both your Stripe portal and your Funclass Finance dashboard.What happens if my student cancels or stops paying?
Stripe will notify you immediately. You’ll need to stop lessons and follow up with the student directly.Does Funclass provide tax documentation?
Yes — you’ll find downloads and payment history in your Stripe portal.What security measures protect my payments and payouts?
All payments are processed by Stripe, a globally trusted, PCI-compliant gateway with AES-256 encryption.
